Model's Terms and Conditions V1.1

Models must sign a release agreement giving their permission to use their likeness. (Standard General Release)

Models need to keep their payment and contact information current in our system. All information is treated as confidential, and only that which the model has designated as public would be disclosed.

All images used to create items in the Model's Collection must be the original work of Pro-PhotoWorks staff.

As a courtesy, final edits and mockups will be sent to models for revisions. The model will have a minimum of 24 hours to review and request revisions prior to the items going live on the website.

Models may, or may not, be supplied with discount codes they can freely distribute to encourage sales of items within their collection.

Models will be paid a royalty on the profits of their collection monthly. The royalty amount is a percentage of the net profit of each model's individual collection based on the previous month's figures. The monthly net profit of each model's individual collection is calculated as follows:

Net Profit per Collection = Total Sales per collection excluding Sales Taxes collected - (All sitewide operating expenses divided by the number of active model collections at month's end) - All cost of goods sold per collection including shipping, duties and taxes payable, setup and artwork fees, etc. - any costs associated solely with the individual collection, such as graphic design, image editing, Data entry, etc. - Any individual carryover loss from previous month. If the monthly net profit is negative, this loss is carried over to the next month's calculations and no commission is payable for this period.

A sales report will be provided to each model within 7 business days of the close of each month detailing the commission calculations. Payment will be made electronically by an agreed upon method on the 7th business day of each month. Payment recipients will be responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

Models agree to act in good faith and in no way subvert or hinder the operations of the Company.

The company reserves the right to discontinue offering collections and/or items for sale at its sole discretion.
